Really enjoyed the tea ceremony. It was really informative and a lot of fun! It was an intimate tea ceremony, with kimono's and a delicious pre-ceremony sweet!

We enjoyed learning about the history of the tea ceremony. Dressing up was quite fun and the kimonos were beautiful. The tea ceremony was very interesting and we got a chance to serve tea to other guests as well. Our hosts were very kind and made the whole experience one to remember.

Certainly one of the highlights from our Japan vacation. Our excellent host provided us with a full immersion into the Japanese culture. We were all wearing wonderful kimonos, our sons had even samurai style and shogun style kimono. Thanks to her excellent English, we could get answers to our many questions. This was an afternoon full of kindness and we went home happy and delighted.

It’s kinda far from the main tourist area but it’s worth it I swear ! We took a 25 min cab ride . Everyone there was so friendly so welcoming so lovely ! I loved every minute of it ! You pick your kimono and the beautiful helpful ladies dress you up and even style your hair ! The wonderful gentleman leading the tour takes good pictures and tells you how to pose . We had tea with the tea master and she explained every step . They also guided some of us to make the tea :) it was so fun ! Highly highly recommend !!!
