With its 1,000 inhabitants, Torno is one of the most evocative and fascinating towns on Lake Como. On its coasts there are historic villas such as Villa Taverna and the fascinating Villa Pliniana off the coast of which you can also take a refreshing dip. We will also pass in front of the Hotel Sereno, the most recent 5-star hotel built on the lake.

The only island of Lake Como. In ancient times there were 9 churches on the island before the people of Como razed them to the ground in 1169. Today only the Baroque church of San Giovanni is still intact.
