Customer service was outstanding. Roberto was so helpful! Truly the best experience in lake como. I ran into him at the pier and last minute he was able to get me a boat tour with a captain. My tour was an hour long and it was perfect- which I could’ve done longer! I would definitely book this company next time. Not to mention Roberto was great with restaurant recommendations too. He took care of me and I have nothing but praise for his professionalism, attention, and friendliness.

Giovanni was an excellent guide and made the trip so fun! We departed exactly on time and had good music. The lake is incredible and he shared the history and facts of some interesting villas, buildings and the lake itself. We stopped at Nesso (the famous waterfall) where my girls (16 & 13) and I jumped off the boat and swam! It was the highlight of the trip! Giovanni moved the boat to a safe location so we can swim comfortably! Mid June and the water temperature was perfect for us. The dock is located in a busy area and we had rented a car, so allow for lots of extra time to find parking and walk over. Thank you again Giovanni… you gave us lifetime family memories!

Beautiful boat tour along Lake Como, Roberto was so sweet and knowledgeable about the lake. Wine and snacks on board were great! Had some free time for photos and stopped by a beautiful waterfall, highly recommended and would definitely do this again!

Great tour of the lake! Definitely need 2-3 hours on the water to enjoy the wine and scenery! Recommend SuBacco as he was polite and responsive with all questions! Also heads up because parking near the boat launch is quite challenging, recommend getting there at least 30 minutes early to find parking, we circled around for 35 minutes until finally finding space in the garage near The Duomo. All in all, well worth it and wouldn’t want to leave Como without experiencing it on the water :-) 🇮🇹

We were disappointed that our tour started late but ended on time, so a little short. Note, there is nowhere to change, so if you want to swim be prepared to wear your suit.
