As the icing on the cake you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu.

Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

    Simona is a incredible italian cook. She is so kind and ask all the questions for you to be confortable. Her mom is adorable, she speaks italian in a lovely way and we understood everything with our hearts! Giovanna her little puppy is so cute. 😍 We felt at home, we cook, laugh and had a wonderful conversation in English with Simona. I had never had a chance to make a fresh pasta. Wow, that pasta was so good and simple. The way Simona teaches you with encouragement and clear directions, makes you feel like a chef. I couldn't belive that I made those cute gnocchi shapes. My daughter loved the experience as well. We made pasta with different shapes and gnocchi. So delicious!All night long we were saying wow!!!! Cooking in class in Italy you must ask for Simona and her mom. They made arrangements for me to eat a version of vegan plate, and a plate with cheese for my daughter. Also, they have a beautiful home, with a gorgeous view. Thank you Simona, you made our trip memorable!

    This was a great experience! Vincenzo was an amazing host who took his time to teach us about each pasta along with serving great wine! The views from his apartment were an extra bonus to the amazing food we made!

    Wow! What a wonderful experience of spending time with Anna in the beautiful apartment with her hospitality and amazing touches. We enjoyed traditional Italian food and holiday treats . Made pasta from scratch with historical and local flavors and stories added in. She prepared a children’s tiramisu and then we made a traditional version as well. She is a treasure and our memories are precious.
