The service revolves entirely around your needs during your time in South Tahoe and they offer deliveries anywhere between 7:30am to 10pm. In the rare event that there are any issues with your equipment, contact the local operator. The professional rental technicians can meet you in no time and get you back on the slopes in a flash. When you are ready to return your equipment, just call and arrangements will be made for our ski concierge to swing over and collect all of your gear. Delivery service is only for those directly in the South Tahoe (Heavenly, Sierra-at-Tahoe, Kirkwood) area.

The service was awesome, definitely recommend the two-day to your door, hotel delivery and fitting. My wife’s ski were a bit tight so be sure to know what size actually need to wear. Especially if it’s your first time. Equipment was in great shape and they are available to pick up returns at your door as well. Great service.

This was our first family ski vacation. Rob at Black Tie was just incredible. When we arrived the evening before, he had all of our boots and skis ready to go. The equipment was top of the line. He was so patient with each of us and made sure everything was fitted perfectly really going above and beyond what was required. He was extremely knowledgeable. He remembered all our names and was anxious to hear how the day went. We highly recommend Black Tie!

This will be a short review ! Service - Excellent Quality of kit - Top notch Friendliness and willingness of staff - Best I have experienced. We happened to be at the excellent lodge at Edgewood, where Black Tie are the incumbent provider, but if you visit Lake Tahoe, Black Tie Ski Rental is the best of the best. Can not recommend enough.
