It was amazing, it was the First time we saw a magician Show and we really loved it. We were very sceptical before booking, because we also read a few negative opinions and it is a low of Money, but it was it totally worth! Some people Said they didnt like the Fire and all the effects but at least, it is just a Show and everyone wants to be Entertained.. it was the Perfect end for our Vegas experience!!

The people complaining about is poorly timed jokes and so on seem silly to me. If you’re looking for entertainment I for one will say I was not bored. Haha it was definitely an event show but I loved all of the illusions he did and the fun unexpected comedy. Not really what I expected but definitely surpassed my expectations for entertainment 100% would go again.

I was really excited about this show - but it was just a major disappointment. Entirely too much self promotion, only about 5-6 illusions, which were good, but some of them sloppily done (hence the 2 stars) but most of the two hour show was Criss talking about himself, making poorly timed jokes that were inappropriate, and just talking to the audience. There was a whole part on childhood cancer, which I support, but not in the middle of a magic show. It was just not what we were expecting at all. Illusions were far too few and in between a lot of filler. Definitely not worth the $300+ I spent on tickets. We saw some Cirque shows that were wayyyy better. Find another show! Criss may have been good 15 years ago, but he’s past his prime.

For being marketed as "modern" tricks, everything done, although originating from Angel, has been seen before many times, viral on the internet. Switching locations while restrained, making doves appear out of thin air, disappearing and reappearing in smoke, levitating, it's all been done before so the show is incredibly predictable. Although the tricks are impressive as you don't know HOW Angel does it, you know what WILL happen; lacking in the surprise aspect magic shows are supposed to have. He forced the crowd to give him a standing ovation after every trick, getting redundant after the 4th time of saying the same line of "if you want more tricks from me, you'll need to give me the energy to do them". This got annoying as it gave the audience the impression that the price we paid (over 100$) to see him wasn't "enough". There was no flow or momentum to his show as after each trick he would immediately stop it by asking for a standing ovation and then doing more crowd work, often involving sexual innuendos. He even made everyone stand for the last trick since he didn't want us to miss anything which obviously made a lot of short people miss the trick because taller people were blocking the view. I find it odd that a veteran magician who has performed in this theater for years doesn't understand that stadium chairs are specifically designed to be at an incline so people behind could see. It was a very unsatisfying show as you felt you didn't get your money's worth of magic, only unsolicited comedy skits. Additional Comment: This should have never been marketed as a family friendly show. One of the most notable awkward bits was when he wanted to "turn on" a female's phone that happened to have a cat as the wallpaper asking "how do I turn the pussy on" then proceeded to rub the phone. Of course, there's an audience for his sexual crass humor but NOT a family friendly audience. The awkward feeling was only amplified for me in particular as I was seated next to a 10-year-old boy who didn't understand the jokes.
