If there is a problem finding our Chauffeurs please contact the phone number shown on your voucher. All incoming flights are monitored, so you are safe in case your arrival is delayed. This service is available 24/7, year-round.

The limousines are in high demand so maybe you will not find availability for some dates.

If you book a limousine, the complimentary champagne will not be in the vehicle due to Covid procedures. The driver will stop by a liquor store on the way to the hotel to purchase the champagne. We also do not provide glassware due to covid. The passengers can either bring their own cups with them, or when they get to the liquor store, they are welcome to go inside and purchase cups, along with any other beverages of their choice to bring on board with them or back to the hotel. This has been the standard procedure since Covid began in 2020.

• Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• When arriving on an overnight flight, please ensure you book for the date you land.

• Nevada car seat laws require that CHILDREN UNDER 6 years old and below 60 pounds be in a child restraint system while traveling in automobiles. The child seat must be appropriate for the size and weight of the child, and must be installed within and securely attached to the vehicle.
• Car Seat Policy: Car seats are available with an extra cost for rent from Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals. Arrangements can be made with Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals to have a car seat available for the vehicle assigned. Passengers are allowed to provide their own car seats. Parent or guardian is responsible for installing car seats to vehicles and buckling child safely into car seat.
