Tried to cancel the tour several times prior to the payment date but the website would not let me. I ended up paying for a tour I never went on. 😠😡

The main reason I rated it with only 1 star was that we were arriving in Livorno aboard the cruise ship Enchanted Princess. The port call had to be cancelled due to extremely poor weather conditions. I sent a request for a refund due to circumstances beyond our control but La Vacanza Travel hasn't not taken the time to response back to me concerning a refund.

Although the Q is long from the town centre. There was a cable car trip to the church of Our Lady of Montera it was a great surprised. The view is spectacular. The driver was great. Maybd add more busses during cruise season to avoid long Q.

Lots of nice things to see, but they were short on the hop on hop off busses, so we did not get off the buss and explore. I understand the top of the tour, to go walk up the hill and see the nice views.

We scheduled our time in Genoa in the Hop on Hop off bus as our day trip to Cinque Terre was cancelled because of bad weather. Please be aware, there is only one bus and it runs every hour whereas most cities operate more than one bus. I cannot recommend this tour. The wait times are way too long. We just cut our losses and walked around town went to the market and had a fantastic lunch at a local restaurant! Don’t waste your money!
