Itinerary

Day 1: Senaru Village - Sembalun Village - Sembalun Rim

Pass By: Sembalun Lawang, Sembalun Lawang, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara
07.30 AM pick up and transfer to Sembalun village for 45 -60 minutes drive
Registration at Rinjani Information Center ( RIC ) 1051m
Start the trek to POS 1 ( Pos Pemantauan 1.300 M ) 2 hours walk, take a rest 10 minutes at POS 1
Walk to POS 2 for 1 hour ( Pos Tengengean 1.500m ), take a rest 10 minutes
Continue to POS 3 ( Pada Balong 1.800m ), 1 hour walk. Lunch will be prepare at POS 3 and take a rest for 2 hours.
Continue walking up another 3 hours to Crater Rim ( Plawangan Sembalun 2.639m ), Dinner and Overnight at Crarter Rim Sembalun, enjoy sunset and sunrise for next day.

Day 2: Sembalun Rim-Summit-Segara Anak Lake

Stop At: Mount Rinjani, Sembalun Lawang, Sembalun, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia
Wake up at 02.30 Am, have some light breakfast than leave at 03.00 AM
Heading Summit Rinjani ( 3.726m ), walking time approximately 3 hours and 20 minutes
From summit you can see all of Lombok island, Bali, Sumbawa and Segara Anak Lake
Back to camp to get breakfast
Walk down to Segara Anak Lake and Hot Spring water for 3 hours
Lunch will be provide by the Lake Segara Anak, hot spring water just walk 100m from Lake
After enjoy hot spring water, prepare climb up to the crater Rim of Senaru 3 hours walk
Camp will prepare on Crater Rim of Senaru, enjoy incredible sunset over the mountain Agung in Bali.
Enjoy Dinner and take a rest

After breakfast and enjoying the sunrise prepare to walk down to Senaru village
Lunch will prepare on the way between POS 2 or POS EXTRA.
Arrive at Senaru Rinjani Trekking Centre around 13.00 PM.
Prepare your self at our office for another transfer to Senggigi, Mataram or Bangsal harbor if you wish to come to Gili lsland.

Me and My little Family have Gone to Mt Rinjani last Sunday 7th August 2023 We have plan this Family trip for 3 Days and 2 Night before with targeting of Summit Rinjani 3726 Masl especially for my Little Son. We gone with Mr Bas Rinjani Trekking Team, with our humble Guide "Awal". We booked this trip with Mr Bas and helped us plan this trip carefully in advance since June 2023. Via email he gave details of the trip we were going to take and various preparations, and then we communicated via his Whatsapp at +6281236609084. On the same day, we walked with two other groups (from Bas Rinjani Organizer) but different guides and Porters, because Mr Bas said, they were a Group Sharing Package (with 5 to 7 people on a group) and it was impossible for us to join the group because they were adults. which will probably run faster than us who bring children. It feels like the Private Family package is the right choice for us to take because we can arrange a trip with a flexible time and rhythm. This's our first trip to Mt Rinjani. And in the end it didn't match our expectations which might be too much to be able to reach the top of Rinjani, because our little son was unable to continue the journey so he decided to return the next day. Not because of the fault of the management of Mr Bas Company, but it was more up to us it was our choice not to continue even though the Guide had worked hard to motivate us. We highly recommend this Company, because it has a management and service that we think is very good. Someday we promise to return to this very beautiful Rinjani, with the target of being able to reach the top of Rinjani and the lake which is very beautiful when viewed from the Rim. Although we saw some trash scattered in several places along the road. Thanks Mr Bas and Team.

My beloved wife and I chose to explore the mountain in comfort, and for that, we were accompanied by two porters and an experienced guide. We had an amazing experience with Bas Rinjani Trekking company during our 3-day, 2-night adventure. The team provided excellent service and made our trip truly memorable. Suedy, our tour guide, was not only experienced and helpful but also entertaining at times. He played a crucial role in motivating us when we felt like giving up on reaching the summit. Without his encouragement, we might not have made it. In addition to Suedy, the two porters and the chef cook were outstanding. They prepared delicious meals throughout the trek, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes. From fried chicken and fried rice to noodles, fruits, and fried bananas, the menu never repeated itself. The culinary experience added an extra touch to our adventure. On the day before hike, Driver from Bas Rinjani Trekking pick for us in Bangsal Harbor, we come from Bali with fast boat. We have stay in Pondok Guru Bakti Homestay in Senaru Village for a night before trek On the day of Trekking Start, we make reservation check in via Sembalun and amazing journey was start here. We are really recommend for this company

We recently finished the Sembalun-Senaru portion of the Rinjani 3D2N hike. The personnel at the Bas Rinjani Office in Senaru welcomed us with open arms and served us warm coffee and banana fritters as soon as we arrived. The Embun Rinjani guest home was very tidy and cozy. Our guide, Hajar, and the 4 porters who were with us the entire 3D2N hike made us feel well-cared-for. They were extremely patient with us and gave us direction along the way. I don't think we would have made it to the peak without them. We made the choice to spend the second night along the crater's edge. Since we were a little late, everyone was truly worried about us. Even a different tour leader from the same group came over to assist us. We'll always be appreciative to everyone who looked out for us on the walk and kept us safe. I wholeheartedly advise anyone considering this walk to stay at Bas Rinjani. Our overnight stay in the tent was comfortable thanks to the high-quality tents, as well as the thick beds and cushions that were provided. The porters are excellent cooks as well. They are considerate and always make sure we eat well. We also value their work very much in terms of environmental sustainability. After lunch, everyone of us had the chance to plant a tree at Post 2.
