Ladies and gentlemen. I am doing this as a last resort. My original booking was for Ramsgate Harbour 55 as paperwork stated. Arrival package was received a couple day before our arrival time. Upon arrival I see that we were changed to Ramsgate Harbour 56 and not notified of the change. I immediately Called Stxxxx and voiced my concerns. She is telling me that is the one I booked. After I informed her of my original paperwork, she admitted there was an issue with 55 and I should have been notified of the change but was not. Had the room ben of equal quality and standing there would have been no issue. My first concern was my mother accompanied us on this vacation. She is 75 years old this put us going up three flights of stairs to the bedrooms. Second issue My wife was scheduled for knee replacement after this trip. Second concern was the filth of the room. Third concern bed appeared to have been slept in sink had something in it. I have attached a couple pictures below. I have a full spread of the accommodations in 56. After more discussion with Stxxxx I ask for a refund she was telling me would take 14 days for it to process. I’m 1200 miles from home tired from travel and having to argue with her on there was nothing she could do. After more discussion she finally tells me we can move to a different location the next day and she would refund the difference in price of $284.06 and would take fourteen days to process. This was on the nineteenth floor of the Grand-Panama { I would recommend this location} thought it did have an elevator. I was not pleased going from ground level to the nineteenth floor but at this point I just wanted to salvage my vacation. On the last night of the stay we returned to the room to find the water had been cut off and would be off until parts we found to repair. After notifying Stxxxx she informed us that a friend owed her a favor and would accommodate us for the last night. This drip was there at the first night of our stay. So my question is what would twelve more hours mad a difference? Rather pack up and move Stxxxx stated she would discount the room fifty percent for the last night stay. I have a good portion of this documented by email with Stacey. I have had many conversations with her since the stay. She always has some reason the discount has not been received. Last communication was accounting had issued the refund. As of today, I have received nothing. She has stopped taking my calls and will not respond to emails. This has been sixty days still no credit on stay. The photos below are only a sample.
They did not appear, calling them and txting them were useless. They do not answer. Still struggling to get the money back. I doubt if they are real
