We will pick up all participant from any places in malang city.

The journey to Tumpak Sewu waterfall will takes for about 2-2.5 hours depend on traffict. We will passing Jodipan colorfull village (without stop). The driver/tour leader will tell you an inspiring story of Jodipan colorful village.

ITINERARY:
07:00 - 07:30 Pick up all participants from any places in Malang city.
07:30 - 10:00 Go to Tumpak Sewu, passing Jodipan colorful village (without stop) and enjoy the view of Mount Semeru the highest point in Java island (can stop for 5-10 minutes).
10:00 - 12:00 Hiking to the botom of Tumpak Sewu waterfall (down hill).
12:00 - 14:00 Hiking to Goa Tetes cave and passing Tetes waterfall (can stop for 10-15 minutes).
14:00 - 15:00 Hiking back to parking lot (up hill).
15:00 - 17:30 Back to Malang city.

Stop At: Mount Semeru Volcano, Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, Malang Indonesia

We will see the beautiful view of Semeru mountain on the road, if you want to capture some picture we could stop for about 5-10 minutes.

07:30 - 10:00 Go to Tumpak Sewu, passing Jodipan colorful village (without stop) and enjoy the view of Mount Semeru the highest point in Java island (can stop for 5-10 minutes).
10:00 - 12:00 Hiking to the botom of Tumpak Sewu waterfall (down hill).
12:00 - 14:00 Hiking to Goa Tetes cave and passing Tetes waterfall (can stop for 10-15 minutes).
14:00 - 15:00 Hiking back to parking lot (up hill).
15:00 - 17:30 Back to Malang city.

After arrived in Tumpak Sewu area, car will be parked in parking lot. We will take a rest for 5-10 minutes, then walking for about 10 minutes to panorama view. After capturing some pictures at Panorama view, we will do trekking for about 50 minutes downhill to reach the buttom of Tumpak Sewu waterfall.

Hiking to Goa Tetes (Tetes Cave), we will passing Tetes waterfall and Lost LeBlanc's invinity pool followed by hike-up hill and return back to Malang city.

Amazing waterfall and really well organised by Smartway. Our driver and guide were really good, putting in extra effort to make sure we had a great experience and captured the moments. Would recommend if you're reasonably fit and agile - it's quite physically demanding.

This waterfall was amazing; especially during the wet season as the water flowed ! The guide was really great, he took a lot of pictures of us, with great quality (good phone camera), and even made a well-curated video. He then sent us everything at the end, we were so happy about them. The hike is a bit difficult, if you are not fit (good health condition), going back up once you have gotten down to the bottom of the waterfall will be a little difficult. It was a bit sporty but we could take our time with the guide and we loved it !! A little advice would be to bring shoes that can go in water because you will definitely get completely wet. They rent water shoes at the start of the hike which are confortable and very practical, but don’t have big sizes, 44 being the largest.

We had an amazing time in Tumpak sewu, the place is breath taking. Our guide and the driver were really nice people. We were on top of the waterfall and then we walk 10-15mn to go below, you have to be in shape the path is not that easy. Then we went to goa tete cave, you can swim in a natural pool below the waterfalls. It was such a beautiful day, we recommand at 100%. Take good shoes though !

The waterfall tour was just great. All the organisational part went super smooth since smartway is great at sending all the information well in advance and is very responsive when texting. Apart from that the staff is super friendly and responsive to even extra wishes (we wanted to buy fruit on our way home). The local guide at the waterfalls was needed since the path is not so easy and it helps if someone walks in front of you with great confidence. Thanks Wytoe_guide (see amazing instagram)
