Experience was totally prepaid and we had a confirmation number. When we got off our ship, the driver was not on the dock. When we called him, he stated that he had been trying to "confrim" with us on a number I had never heard. I said why do we have to confirm something that is prepaid? He then stated he would come but only if I paid him again then he would "refund" the original payment. I said this is a scam and hung up. And now La Vacanza Travel is refusing a refund because he did not show up. Total scam.

Driver did not show up to pick us up and left us stranded at the pier. Tour was completely prepaid. Worst experience ever.

Wonderful tour in a very clean executive van. Loved the sights and tour. Remy was very knowledgeable about the region but he is also a sommelier so very knowledgeable about wine around the world. We went to a winery with great snacks/food or sorbets. We brought our children and they loved it too. 10/10, highly recommend.
