These courses are designed to provide a user-friendly, personalized experience. These are real moments of sharing and exchange. I show them that pastry is an art accessible to all.
I teach different pastry techniques, and I give a lot of tips. Pastry is a passion and the joy of passing on to others is above all a lot of pleasure. Classes are given in French and can also be given in English.

What Can You Expect?

Itinerary

During the course, travelers will have the pleasure of learning how to make French-style pastries by following my techniques, advice and tips. They will make pastries like real pastry chefs.
The workshops take place either in the morning from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Either in the afternoon from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    My daughter and I had a fantastic, fun and educational class with Justine. Set in a family home environment, we felt right at home and got to learn how to make my daughter’s favorite, macarons. Justine was a friendly, patient and great host. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for something unique to do in Marseille.

    Baking pastries with Justine was a highlight of our family’s first vacation to France. She welcomed us into your BEAUTIFUL home, shared some snacks and sweets with us and was as lovely of a host as could be. She was patient with our 14 and 11yo sons, she explained everything perfectly and the relaxing vibe and atmosphere made for a special and memorable morning. And the cream puffs were truly out of this world!! Thank you to Justine for making this experience possible- I cannot recommend this class enough!
