Overview

I grew up surrounded by good food, by magical hands that modified each ingredient into real works of art. What was caught at night became a big dish a few hours later. They could have been squid, which when stuffed became divine, justifying their sacrifice; it could also have been homemade pasta, worked for hours and then transformed into an indescribable magnificence.

For this reason, after some time, I'm now trying to replicate the flavors and dishes of the cooks who have always inspired my cuisine.

In fact, cooking is my passion! If you want to have a culinary experience in a family environment, you will be welcome in my home!

I will teach you how to cook typical Italian dishes, with preparation secrets that you can replicate to amaze family and friends!

What Can You Expect?

Have fun in this fantastic experience of preparing Fresh Pasta and Tiramisu!

I will welcome you into my home in Milan, together we will follow all the steps necessary to create delicious fresh pasta!
To start I will welcome you with an "aperitif" based on cured meats and cheeses, or delicious bruschetta.

I will guide you through the various phases of preparing fresh pasta, from the dough to the creation of the shape to be agreed upon, topped with a delicious tomato and basil sauce, in true Italian style!

After our delicious pasta I will have the pleasure of preparing with you the most famous Italian dessert in the world! The magical Tiramisu, made with coffee, mascarpone, eggs and biscuits.

I'm waiting for you in my welcoming home!

We will accompany meals with excellent wine, white or red or other drinks if you prefer.

    When I got to the residence and rang the bell Lidia informed me that she is canceling so she can take the day off. I explained to her that I had to take a taxi there which was a long drive and had she contacted me before then I would not have gone out of my way and have to pay 270.00 euros for the ride. When I asked her for reimbursement she then acted as if she could not understand me and said I don’t speak English and started speaking Italian and hung up on me. When I called back she told me that I needed to call her manager,Asia, to get reimbursed. Asia told me I needed to contact Lydia. Very unprofessional, rude and liars
