During the lesson the Cesarina will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines.

    My sister & I enjoyed the market tour & cooking class with Sara M in Monza. It was a wonderful experience. Sara is generous, attentive, flexible, knows a lot and an amazing chef. We loved the tour, the lesson & the food.

    Wow what an experience! It was one of the highlights of my trip. Atillio was amazing. He was attentive to my vegetarian needs without any issue. He was patient and truly taught me things. I wasn’t there just to eat, but to be a student. I had so much fun and within just a few days of being home I’ve already recreated some of the dishes! Highly recommend.
