About you host Valeria: "My name is Valeria and I am proud to welcome you for dinner at my place.
I am a journalist who loves food and writing. I have traveled around the world looking for new flavors to write about and spending as much time as I can in the kitchen creating new dishes. However, my writing isn’t limited to food as I also write reviews for books and I write books and stories."
