Our company offers you a visit to the vinegar factory followed by dinner at the farmhouse where you can discover the secrets of balsamic vinegar through the story of Nonno Franco and Claudio, who will explain the entire production process of Modena's black gold.
It will also be possible to visit the acetification room, a small room that not all acetaia can boast of having.
After the visit, a small tasting of our vinegars will follow, followed by a four-course dinner at the farmhouse.
This activity is available from Wednesday to Saturday from the afternoon continuing with dinner and on Sunday in the morning continuing with lunch
