Our second stop will be at an “Acetaia” where you will learn about the production process of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and enjoy a guided tasting. The production process of Balsamic Vinegar is incredibly fascinating, and our local guides will help you understand how to use it to impress your friends and family at home.

We will be visiting a local organic farm located in the Apennines. At the farm, you will enjoy a farm-to-table lunch made only with locally sourced ingredients. You will have the opportunity to take a leisurely stroll with the farm’s owner, meet free-range animals and soak in the stunning view of the Apennines mountain range. Lunch will consist of a stuffed ravioli main dish and a secondary or starter course, which is usually made up of cured meats with cheeses or grilled meat. There is also a vegetarian option available. The meal includes water, coffee, and a glass of local wine.
