The activity is based on a dual experience: in the Acetaia and in a cellar on the Modena hills. The meeting point is in the vinegar factory, where the first food and wine experience will be, before moving to the cellar.
During the activity, the production processes and anecdotes that make the black gold of Modena, i.e. the Traditional Balsamic, so fascinating will be explained and at the end of the explanation you will taste 5 different types of balsamic. Then, in the cellar, you will visit the vineyard, the production area and taste three different types of wine paired with typical cured meats and mountain Parmigiano Reggiano!
Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Infants, children and teenagers can participate, but only children at least 18 years of age or children at least 16 years of age but with explicit parental permission will be able to taste the wine.
