Traditions and people will be the backdrop to this adventure on the Modena hills.
I will let you discover the flavors and aromas that accompany our days and I will reveal the ancient secrets that producers still use today to produce Parmigiano Reggiano and balsamic vinegar.
We will have fun preparing a good dish of fresh pasta together using just a few ingredients for a mouth-watering result.
You will discover how in Emilia Romagna we are used to using few ingredients and having a lot of patience.

All this on the gentle hills in the Modena countryside, far from city traffic and mass tourism and in contact with nature and the passion that distinguishes us.

We can organize (at an additional price that we will communicate to you) the pick up at your hotel and we can also organize a private tour (for couples or friends) or vary this tour in case you have other needs.

Guided tour of the Parmigiano Reggiano dairy with tasting. Guided tour of the production areas and the maturing warehouse.
The final tasting includes 3 maturations of Parmesan and fresh ricotta.

Visit to the beautiful village and to a beautiful vinegar factory where we can taste 3 types of balsamic vinegar combined with delicious seasonal foods and excellent cold cuts.
A leap into the past and into the traditions of Modena families.

In this beautiful farmhouse you will learn the secrets of fresh Emilian pasta. We will teach you how to prepare delicious tortellini or tortelloni.
Afterwards we will sit at the table and taste local first courses and an excellent wine produced right in the vineyards next to the farmhouse.
