Our group of four took the sunset cruise to the 5 towns. It’s really great to see them from the ocean. The host sent a WhatsApp message to confirm the day before with additional instructions. The guide, Roberta, and the captain, Gabriel, were very accommodating. We had a few glasses of wine and a sandwich on local bread with cheese, pesto, and walnuts. I will have dreams about that sandwich! They also gave us limoncello from Gabriel’s mother which was such a nice touch. Overall, highly recommend! Good communication, punctual, more than what was promised for snacks and drinks.
This tour waf s a perfect way to see Cinque Terre. Silvia and Diego made the whole process smooth. Everyone was super welcoming and our small group really got along well. There was no lack in conversation and the snacks and drinks were delicious. The boat was clean and well-kept, and the facilities were nice to have while out on the water. Watching the sunset from the water was a highlight of our trip!
We've done multiple boats tours throughout the years, and this tour was really good compared to the others. We booked some time in advance (a month, note that this was in covid times) and a few days before the actual trip we received an email by the captain/guide Diego to confirm our trip. We did, but unfortunately the weather was too bad to embark on our scheduled date. Luckily we managed to reschedule to a day earlier without hassles. There were 4 other passengers on board along with us and Diego and Silvia (the guides/captains). The tour (a five hour day tour) started with a view of each of the Cinque Terre villages, along with a dive in the Mediterranean sea. When on board, we got some explanation on the vineyards, history, hiking trails, sea life... of Cinque Terre. Diego was an avid story teller and really knowledgeable about the Cinque Terre region (both about the land and the sea). Both guides spoke perfect English. The lunch consisted of pasta, bread, bruschetta, and quiche. Wine and prosecco were served on board, but not so much that it became dangerous to swim. I would recommend to bring your own snorkel when joining the tour, but they offer snorkels too. When returning to the harbor our anchor got stuck. Diego and Silvia worked on it together without talking, showing that they know their trade and are a good team. One of the best experiences we had in Cinque Terre!
We organise the boat tour as a family of 10. So the boat was privatised. Diego and Silvia have been amazing in every way. They are very authentic. The tour is well organise with the right mix of visiting, swimming, eating and fun! The boat is immaculate. There is a large shaded area which was important as we have small kids and makes it very comfortable to have a lunch. The food was really good which say a lot of the quality of the tour. This tour is worth the money and it will be great memories for our family. It is definitely contact Diego if I were to be in cinque terre!
We took a tour of the Cinque Terre by boat to see the area from another perspective. We loved it! Our tour went to Porto Venere, La Palmaria and the Cinque terre, along the way Diego, our captain, told us about the local history and stopped in a couple of places for us to swim in the cleanest waters of a beautiful shade of deep blue. Snorkel and masks were provided allowing us to enjoy the and the beautiful marine life. Our tour included lunch, all freshly prepared that day and including some local produce, very yummy! We had lovely time listening to Diego's stories, taking a dip, savouring the treats he served us and having a couple of drinks. I recommend this tour to explore more of the area
