In this course, thanks to Our Coco Rider (scooter rental) you will be able to discover different places such as the Opunohu museum, the products of the agricultural school, the Belvedere viewpoint and end up enjoying a hearty lunch at Fare Tutava. To then take the road to Maharepa and go shopping.

The speed is limited to 30 km/h, to enjoy at your own pace while listening to the song of the birds and the waves of the lagoon

Taste the juices and ice cream from the fare sale of the Opunohu Agricultural High School. Free visit of the site.

Enjoy an exceptional view of the two bays of Moorea, starting point for hiking nearby. Be careful, the Belvédère road is dangerous, the maximum weight per machine is 100Kg bag included for a confident climb.

Enjoy a shopping stop in the center of Maharepa: pearls, ice cream, Tahitian food.

This scooter was so much fun. It’s such a cool way to see the island. The fact the scooter was electric made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Johan met me at the ferry terminal delivering the scooter. He took the time to explain everything and I was on my way. The weather wasn’t the best on the day, although it didn’t deter me from getting around the island. I soaked up everything I could in terms of the scenery, villages, the people I met along the way. I loved the freedom of stopping off when I wanted too. There is plenty to see along the way, a large proportion of it along the coast and water. The beaches are beautiful. I really enjoyed this and would definitely do it again. If you are thinking of booking an activity, I’d highly recommend booking the coco tours with Johan. It was an amazing experience feeling so free to enjoy the quiet as you toured the island. Thank you for such a fun experience!

We rented a home on the hill and had 2 Coco Riders delivered so we could tour the island and get to dinner and activities. First off all, What a fun experience! These were easy to operate and so much fun to dive! They top out at 35mph but was fast enough for us! Johan was super nice and easy to work with and accommodated our crazy schedule while on the island. He delivered the scooters and picked them up when we were done and he offered to change the battery if needed for a multi-day rental or if you drive the a lot. They drive for 80 miles and the island is 60 mile around, so perfect for a trip around the island if you wish. (We did not go all the way around). We would highly recommend renting the Coco Riders, you will have so much fun!

Hands down an amazing service and mode of transportation! The rider felt safe, stable, efficient, allowing me to move around Moorea while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Moorea has dedicated bike lanes and you can use your rider there. Traffic is very light and cars are very respectful. I always felt safe. Julien is fantastic. Always available, accommodating, thoughtful and ready to answer any questions. I will go back in August and will rent the rider again. It was too much fun!

I booked and paid online for a single coco-rider with pick-up at the Terevau boat dock on Moorea. Right before getting on the ferry from Papeete the next morning I noticed and email from them saying they were cancelling the booking because it wasn’t worth dropping off a coco rider at the dock for one person. Nowhere on their website did it state that they don’t do drop offs for singles. If you’re hoping to rent from them and are only one person, call in advance and be prepared to be told no.

We had a great time touring the island. We stopped along the way for nice photos and shopping. Had a nice lunch at MBC, great pizza on the beach. Plenty of energy left over at the end of trip.
