Overview

A lagoon excursion aboard a luxury floating lounge, with lunch on a private island.
Relax while your crew members take care of the navigation to admire the beauty of the island's lagoon and these mountains.
Our guide will tell you some legends during the visit to Opunohu Bay.
You can discover some of the best snorkeling spots among black tip sharks, stingrays, different fish, and coral gardens.
Tropical fruits, drinks, and a buffet will be served on the island with a demonstration of raw fish in coconut milk, a typical Polynesian recipe.
After your lunch, you will be treated to a coconut demonstration.
To finish the tour, and if it is not too windy, there is the possibility of anchoring in the lagoon opposite the old club med to slide on the boat's slide.

Akivai boat was very comfortable with only 12 guests and 2 crew. We had a perfect day from start to finish. Joey and Nono (spelling) were very personable, knowledable and gave everyone on board a fantastic day. Joey spoke French to 1/2 the group and English to the rest of us. Boarding the vessel was easy and on time as planned. We were put on board at the tender port. Their attention to details and safety of all were appreciated. Lunch on the Motu was delightful. We were at the motu for a couple of hours allowing plenty of time to eat and snorkel. There were 2 stingrays there that loved people. We could pet it and spend time without crowds of people. Felt like our own private tour.

The BEST snorkeling tour in Moorea! Their boat is by far the most comfortable and luxurious! The crew is super friendly and professional. We saw sharks, stingrays, turtles and lots of fish!

If you are thinking of a boat trip this one is well worth it. A lot of fun, lovely food and we were well looked after! Definatel a highlight of our trip. The stingrays were super friendly and we even saw a Nemo!

Honestly from start to finish it was perfect. Crew was great and you could tell have a ton of pride and passion for what they do! It was also a smaller crowd compared to other bots we saw that were packed so it was even that much better. Highly recommend!!
