-vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke and the driver was texting and using his phone constantly -driver knew no english and didn't attempt to communicate with us at all

Our driver was fantastic and very patient. There were 6 in our party, however, 2 were flying from the US and landed an hour before. They were going to meet us at our terminal but their luggage never arrived so they were caught up doing paperwork. They finally arrived to us with 5 minutes to spare before we would be charged the overtime rate. The vehicle was extremely clean and ride was very comfortable. I recommend this company for airport transfers.
