I came in early and messaged my driver (who had contacted me the day before) with a selfie. He appeared 10 minutes later and immediately recognised me, took my bag to the car and off we went. During the trip through New Delhi he pointed out and quickly described many landmarks. His English was good and as I mentioned sightseeing he offered to drive me if that would be my choice. The ride was safe and professional all the way.

The driver didn’t answer my correspondence and never showed. The support staff took a long time to confirm they weren’t answering meanwhile I have a plane to catch. No offer of another driver just send a picture of where you were and we’ll see about a refund. It did result in a nice high speed trip to the airport with a different carrier
