Absolutely a must see . You have to buy an admission ticket to get in , but please spend the extra $20 for an actual tour guide . Your guide is someone who is related or someone who had experienced the 911 disaster. Our guide was named Daniel. He was exceptional. Well paced , very knowledgeable. Absolutely everything I expected and more . Well done , Daniel . Well done .

Worst tour program ever. Did not receive my tickets to th 9/11 Museum or the One World Trade Observation Deck. We did receive the email with boat tour, but it was over 1.5 miles from One World Trade. Tour operator said some BS about email not going thru. We ended paying extra $$ to buy the museum tickets direct. This is borderline criminal. Do not buy this tour.
