Itinerary
Join your neighbors to find some stillness in the city that is always bustling. Find your breath. Flow. Feel your feet on the Earth and connect to your inner child. Feel the warmth on your cheeks and connect to the sun’s life giving energy. By focusing on the body, breath and mind, we create a connection to ourselves - By doing this outdoors, we create a connection to the Earth - By doing this with our neighbors, we create a connection to one another.
•We will meet at the Le Pain Quotodien nestled right above Sheep's Meadow INSIDE of Central Park at 2 West 69th Street
•Bring your own Yoga mat, or rent one from us. (Must let us know in advance that you need one! We have a limited amount, and mat rentals are on a first come, first serve basis)
•Once we all gather, we will find a grassy area for our BEGINNER FRIENDLY practice.
•You will be guided through breath and yoga poses by a professional Yoga teacher for one hour, surrounded by nature, while the city continues to buzz around us.
•The entire experience usually takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes from start to end.
•When you are done, your instructor will take photos of you to bring home and show your friends.
