    This was our second time doing the Climb. Was truly a great experience. Was a lot quicker than when we did it in 2022 (just after Covid restrictions had lifted). The guide - I think she was called Chelsea - was really good and the experience was a great one! The only negative point is what has already been mentioned by others and that’s the quality of the photos isn’t great

    I did this on Sunday 4th February 2024 and absolutely loved the experience, it was faultless from start to finish. The guides were amazing and the whole experience was incredible, it was worth every penny of the $201. However, after it finished, they charged me $33 for four absolutely terrible quality photos, like so so bad. As soon as I saw them, I felt disappointed and ripped off. It’s such a big experience and the photos are just pathetic. Even the video included, which takes a few days to come, is not great. You guys really need to send somebody over to Toronto CN Tower or Sydney Tower, to see how there photographers take photos and videos of their similar experiences, I loved both those and have some good memories. I believe it’s a third party that does your photos, so if that’s the case, you really need to tell them to up their game. $33 is already daylight robbery for photos, but they know people will pay it for the memories, so the least they can do is deliver a good quality package since they’re already stupidly overcharging you for it. People do these things for the experience and want memories of it, it’s a big big experience for a lot of people. You guys really need to improve your photo game. I’ve included the four photos in this review, I’m sure everyone reading will agree, they’re not worth $33.

    The staff made the atmosphere from start to finish enjoyable. Although my nerves had started the moment the overalls and harness were being applied to me, the staff continued to ensure all participants doing the attraction at ease and safe. I needed to ensure I understood what to do and not to do, what was going to be included in the experience. From the moment I was harnessed in an taken to the first platform I would be walking up, my heart was racing. The view was amazing and the stairwell was physically challenging. Not often you get to walk around a NYC skyscraper. The view at the top over the City, thankfully the weather was nice though cloudy. My heart was racing more as I was shown and directed of how I would lean over the ledge. I had managed to do various poses and a quick video of my rear lean was taken and to add I was awarded a medal to as evidence of my achievement.

    Incredible experience and all the staff/guides were amazing!! All very safe and made to feel at ease. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about doing the city climb!!

    The most unforgettable NY experience. Sonny and Christine were our guides, super kind and great fun. They took loadsss of pictures, gave endless pose ideas, and let us take in the view for ages!! They explained everything you needed to do clearly and concisely; made what felt like was going to be a bit of a terror-struck experience a super thrilling and jaw dropping one. Being able to see every major landmark in New York completely unobstructed from glass and fencing will leave you speechless, would absolutely do it again!!!! Lots of love to City Climb NY! Joe&Sam
