    The tour guide decided to leave liberty island early and abandoned us half way through the tour. I finally got her phone number and a text but she was already on the ferry having left.

    Our guide was very informative and personable and shared the history very thoroughly. It was just my husband and I for the tour. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to see these sights.

    Supposed to be a fully guided tour. Got skip the line on to ferry but nothing else. Was sold tickets to 9/11 museum and it wasn't opened. Had nothing with a guide that we couldn't do ourselves very disappointing.

    I liked how the tour offered us options on what we wanted to see because there was so much to see. I felt comfortable and secure during our tour. Our guide was very accommodating and had a lot to share.
