From start to finish this was an amazing trip. I read the reviews of others and can easily confirm to ignore the couple of bitter people who don't understand that 70mph+ winds mean Helicopters can't fly safely with tourists. From booking Anna was lovely. Even paying from Malta was easy with her help. The trip had to be delayed by a day due to maintenance but was given plenty of notice and was also given some small consideration for the issue. The pilot (Kieran) was really great. His flying skills were obvious and he taught us as we flew on various techniques and what the craft can do. He also let us listen in to live ATC chatter and explained what he does and what he listens for. Nerdy but cool. The view was incredible and even though a little rough over NYC for 20mins after take off it was a smooth and once in a lifetime experience. Would highly recommend. 100%.
