• Panzanella Salad - Fresh mozzarella, basil, olive oil, tomatoes and good crispy bread
• Linguine with pesto - You will prepare fresh pesto with pine nuts, basil, garlic, and olive oil using two techniques, and you get to be the judge.
• Fresh tomato sauce or clam sauce - Depending on the season, you will prepare either tomato sauce from local tomatoes or linguini with clam sauce.
