Ross did excellent job with our tour! We spent the day with him and his knowledge of the area and facts were very interesting, engaging and we felt like we were on a personal tour! He didn’t mind questions and always had fun facts. We bought on a whim and very glad we did! Thank you Ross, wish you the best!

Ross did a fabulous job as our tour guide! He was so knowledgeable about the history of Niagara Falls on both the United States and Canadian sides of the Falls. My wife and I are traveling and camping with another couple and had a great time on the tour. Ross took us to some beautiful sites and shared a great perspective as a lifelong resident of the area. I definitely recommend the tour. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for a superb tour Ross. Well done!

Ross Benton was our tour guide and is very efficient. His voice was perhaps louder than it needed to be for our small group of 10, but he’s probably used to 24. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant without being overbearing. He had some great workarounds to avoid some of the lines and crowds, though it was April and rainy so there weren’t crowds, which was actually a plus. It was definitely worth doing BOTH the US and Canadian side of the Falls. Some great views from the Canadian side. We missed some of the standards because it was a “winter” tour and some things weren’t fully open yet. Something to know that was not mentioned anywhere in the reservation process or tour description is that it is typical to tip the guide about 15% of the cost of your tour. We had enough cash for about half of that. We were able to tip through Venmo, and he also had a credit card reader, which was handy. All in all we had a great day!

Ross was an amazing tour guide. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. This was a wonderful experience. I loved that I was able to see both sides of the falls and not have to worry about anything. 10 out 10 would recommend.

A very nice tour. I can't walk more than a mile before needing a break, so our guide gave us extra time. I recommend using a free wheelchair for going under the power plant, but everywhere else was easily walkable.
