We enjoyed the zoo animals looked well cared for. Didn't eat here as brought our own picnic. Had a nice cuppa. The gift shop ok.

Good but very expensive for what it is. We used Tesco clubcard points but if we had paid full price it would have been £58 for 2 adults, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. We spent just over an hour walking round and I really don't think we could have made it last any longer. The staff were all absolutely lovely-very chatty, informative and friendly. But ultimately the place is quite small and I would say incredibly expensive for the time you spend there. It could do with some more interactive aspects for young children-there were some buttons to press but these were minimal. We would not return unless we had vouchers to use again due to the exorbitant cost.

Lovely day visiting the aquarium. Highlight was seeing the stingrays, turtle and jellyfish Staff very friendly. Particularly Jamie, he played a pirate and did a shark talk. Very engaging with my toddler and made the trip special for him. The lady by the musical jeep (maybe called Sam, sorry can't remember!) was also fab with My son, letting him touch snail and millipede several times. Only 4 stars out of 5 as I think full price admission is crazy and not worth it. Managed to get a discount but wouldn't recommend going unless you can get a discount

Highly recommended. Excellent variety of creatures on display aided by polite, knowledgeable staff. Henry on the tree ants section and the girl with pink hair carrying out the turtle feeding commentary are especially worthy of mention. They are both a credit to Sea Life and would be a large reason to recommend a visit to friends. Excellent day at fair prices

My daughter asked to go here on her 8th birthday. We were having a lovely time until she turned round in the aquarium tunnel and accidently hit her head on the rock wall and cut her eye. There was a member of staff there named Robert who was amazing and came straight over to help. He administered first aid and was so calming with my daughter and made her feel so much better. When he found out it was her birthday he got her some sweets and a pirate coin and treated her like a VIP for the rest of our visit, even letting her and her big sister go into the staff area of the rock pool to stroke a starfish. He really was an assett to this place and deserves a special mention. Thank you Robert 🥰
