Pickup Details

For airport arrivals, if you provide your flight number when you book your airport taxi, we can track your flight and automatically adjust your pick-up time to your actual arrival time. Once your flight has landed, your driver will wait approximately 45 minutes. This should give you plenty of time to go through security, collect your luggage and make your way to the arrivals hall to meet your driver... If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby. Meet-up instructions are given in the voucher confirming your booking.
