This was an expenesive waste of time. There was nowhere to buy drinks. The drive was adequate yet very few explanations. When we asked a question there were short snappy answers and some poor jokes The reserve is severly lacking animals for the amount of money we paid. No predators which was a huge let down. Some of the animals were to far away to get a picture. I do believe with a trained tour guide that could spot animal tracks, droppings, foot prints and explanations about the different species could have made this experince far more worthwhile

Took us 2 hours to drive there. Could not even buy a bottle of water there. What a dissapointment, its not as advertised, no coffee shop, was told to drive to the Welness centre for coffee where there was no one in sight. no directions to a coffee shop. Then drove back to the reception for the safari drive which was 2 hours We would not recommend going here, and it was pretty expensive for what we got and saw

Was very disappointed especially for South Africa very dark dingy reception and drive around was poor with mainly antelope a few elephants and one rhino and a few giraffe. The guide was poor and didn’t seem very knowledgeable about wildlife so sorry that we wasted our time

Not worth the money or the drive. Ever been so disappointed a few elephants, few giraffe hippo one rhino and antelope no buffalo and the guide was hopeless. We had seen most of it before we even got to reception, very run down and just not welcoming at all. For South Africa this was very very poor.

Never done anything like this before so was unsure of what we would see and how informative it would be. We had a great time, apart from Hippos we saw every type of animal they had. Although they hippos only showed their ears. We went mid morning so would have probably been better early or later in the day to see these. Guide was very good and got us as close as he could without frightening the animals. Although this is a game reserve it did feel like they were in the wild and could roam wherever they liked. Would have been nice to be able to have had a drink there, but no catering facilities.
