Plan a jam-packed day of adventures at Casela Nature Park, an outdoor amusement complex with safari tours, camel rides, ziplines, and more. On the west end of Mauritius, you'll explore beautiful gardens and a bird sanctuary. Then, board a safari vehicle to see Java deer, wild boars, monkeys, zebras, impalas, white rhinos, and more. The admission fee includes lunch, a set-menu of either Mauritian, Mediterranean, or barbecue cuisine. Admission to Casela Nature Park in Mauritius Includes excursion on a safari vehicle to see zebras, ostriches, impalas, and more Visit the children's playground and a petting zoo. Any other activity shall be paid on the spot the day of the outing.

What Can You Expect?

The Casela Nature Park, a beautiful garden and bird sanctuary of some 25 acres, is situated in the west part of the island. After seeing the birds, embark your Safari Vehicles for a Safari in Yemen, domain found between the mountain of Tamarin and the Trois Mamelles, home to two of the longest rivers of the island: Rempart and Tamarin.  Enjoy the beautiful sight of Java deer roaming freely in the grassy savannah. Wild boars, hares, monkeys, mongoose and the famous Mauritian fruit bat can also be seen during the Tour. Indigenous and exotic plants beautify the domain. 

Embark on a Safari (Zebras, Ostriches, White Rhinoceros, Impalas, antelopes, Kudus, wildebeest, 1500 species of birds), walk an hour through an aviary, viewing of giraffes, pygmy hippos, camels and llamas, petting farm, children's playground, avalanche mine (Toboggans x 2), Big Cats kingdom, monkey kingdom, tortoise pen, 4D Cinema and brand-new ride.

  • Lunch3 as at the 07.02.24- Mediterranean Chicken Menu: Greek salad with olives, feta and oregano / “Basquaise’’ chicken served wheat semolina with dry grape and a provençale ratatouille / Chocolate cake serve with a vanilla ice cream. The menu will be served with a half bottle of water OR a soft drink.
  • Lunch4 as at the 07.02.24 - Mediterranean Fish Menu: Greek salad with olives, feta and oregano / Roasted fish with olive butter served with wheat semolina with dry grape and a Provençale ratatouille / Chocolate cake serve with a vanilla ice cream. The menu will be served with a half bottle of water OR a soft drink.
  • Lunch5 as at the 07.02.24 - Barbecue Chicken Menu: Grilled chicken thigh with provence herbs served with sautéed vegetables, Casela style roasted potatoes with Cajun spices and barbecue sauce / Crème brulée. The menu will be served with a half bottle of water OR a soft drink and a beer OR a glass of housewine.
  • Lunch6 as at the 07.02.24 - Barbecue Fish Menu: Grilled fish fillet with a lemon butter sauce served with sautéed vegetables, Casela style roasted potatoes with Cajun spices and barbecue sauce / Crème brulée. The menu will be served with a half bottle of water OR a soft drink and a beer OR a glass of housewine.
  • Lunch7 as at the 07.02.24 - Vegetarian Menu: Greek salad with olives, feta and oregano / Vegetables curry served with basmati rice with coriander, dholl fricassé, tomato chutney and vegetables pickles / Fruits salad with ginger and lemon grass. The menu will be served with a half bottle of water OR a soft drink.
  • Lunch8 as at the 07.02.24 - Vegetarian Menu: Greek salad with olives, feta and oregano / Grilled vegetables skewers with a Provençale sauce served with basmati rice with coriander and niçoise ratatouille / Fruits salad with ginger and lemon grass. Bit expensive, the driver was so kind but the package itself is a bit expensive, because its only about casela park, you need more activities like walking with lions, but the safari was amazing

Amazing zoo a short trip from our Maradiva resort i Flic and Flac , Mauritius.Massive trees in verdant Garden setting.Lots of walking . Petting zoo as well as safari. Animals and plants imported from South Africa.Both doing well in this tropical paradise.Can spend half a day here.Good break from the beach.Friendly staff.

A full day is required at Casela Interaction with Lion is the best activity here. Reach early at the spot otherwise zip line activity gets full. We missed the same as we reached at 10:30 AM.

Ce n’est pas forcément contre le parc, mais le tour operator se gave. Il faut savoir que le prix ne comprends pas le transport… 🤬 Environ 72€ la course depuis le nord de l’île toujours en passant par ce tour operator, alors qu’on peut y aller pour 50€ en trouvant un taxi. Surtout que sur la fiche il est indiqué « le transport est facultatif » et en dessous, « journée tout inclus » 🤔 Encore plus drôle, l’autre prestation proposé par trip Advisor, avec billet d’entrée seul, inclus le transport !! Si si allez voir! Le prix du billet d’entrée à 32€ + le repas à 10€ ( poulet frites moyen sachant qu’en moyenne on mange très bien pour 5€/pers) + le safari et la descente environ 10€. Sur la note totale, l’opérateur prend 40€. Je déconseille le tour operator voire même Trip Advisor qui cautionne ces tarifs. Donc, un conseil, si vous voulez y allez, allez y par vos propres moyens sur place.
