• For the ones that choose the pick-up included option if the address is not given more that 24h before of the tour they have to meet the guide on the meeting point.
• The ones that book Portuguese tours, may have to do the visits in English to the wineries
• Since they request a minimum number to provide a tour in Portuguese language, if they do not reach it you will have to join the English tour
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

Pick-up also in Airbnb in every local in Porto center (apartments or hotels), please advise the FULL address of your accommodation.

The pick-ups are made between 8h and 8h30. The customer will receive the exact pick-up time the day before by email, text, or WhatsApp.

Also, note that may be asked to meet us on a meeting point close to the accommodation so it will be easier for the guide to do the pick-up.

If no address is given for the pick-up more than 24h before the tour (the reservations who pay for that option), they will be redirected to the meeting point without any previous contact.
And they will not have the right to be refunded for the extra they paid for pick-up.

The pick-up at the accommodation is only for customers that bought that option.
