I booked the tour for a later date by mistake and actually showed up the day prior. I was still allowed to swap at the last minute and included as it was my last day in Germany. I am grateful for the professionalism and flexibility from the tour operator. Also the tour guide was kind enough to translate for me as I was the only non German speaking attendee in the group. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

Description of your tour very misleading. Description stated "with English audio". This only related to travel on the bus!! Once on foot going around grounds/palaces only had the German speaking guide. He was very enthusiastic but could not follow him in German. This vital point should have been made clear in the upfront description as it spoilt the experience for us.

Could have been an interesting tour. Unfortunately we paid for an English language, but got a tour for German speakers with occasional English segments. Our German guide had clearly memorized the English parts and was very good at repeating what she had memorized. That being said, the history and architecture of Potsdam are well worth exploring...

I visited Potsdam as part of a long weekend in Potsdam. Tour picked up and dropped us back by the train station. Tour visited three key sites in Potsdam though I would have liked to see the Bridge of spies for a bit longer. The tour was well catered for German speakers with a guide. However, English speakers were just given a folder with the very basic information of each site and left to fend for ourselves. On the bus, we had an automated guide, though other languages (e.g. spanish) didn't work. Potsdam is beautiful and worth visiting with plenty of history. However, this tour was a let down.

Fabulous trip back in time. Well worth the outing and a great change to the bustle of Berlin. Not only were the palaces amazing so was the town, quaint. Found the Dutch quarter tranquil and worth staying behind after the tour. I’m sure the summer with the gardens in full bloom and the statues out of their covers it will be absolutely stunning.
