We booked a Monday morning tour to Sausalito taking in the GGB and sights en-route. The bike pick up was easy with a super friendly and efficient team at the Hyde St location. We were sized up for e-bikes and tested out to ensure our understanding of the controls. We met up with our fellow tourers and our guides, the delightful husband and wife duo Orla and Marcus. The group was split into two to make it more manageable and accommodate a slightly slower pace for one and a slightly more energetic (not much) for the other. The pace and guiding was just right with periodic comfort stops and to hear some history and facts and take in the views etc. The bridge itself is spectacular on a bike and we were treated to sun and full visibility all the way. Sausalito is charming and we joined some of the other riders and the guides at The Joinery restaurant. The food was really very good, but the only downside of the day was the male server taking orders at the till (it's order and sit down). Someone should tell them them that a smile and a little customer service goes a long way. A couple of final notes which may be helpful; my wife was nervous about hiring an e-bike as she had visions of it taking her off into the distance by itself. Within a mile or two she loved it and returned from the day as a complete convert. Secondly it's great to have the tickets and option to come back on the ferry, but we rode back (the electric assist ate the hills out of Sausalito and Fort Baker). It was great to see another perspective of San Francisco and enjoy the bridge again (including from the Battery Spencer viewpoint). Thanks Orla, Marcus and Blazing Saddles!

Do not leave San Francisco until you’ve done an e-bike tour with Blazing Saddles! The tour was so fun and interesting. Our guide, Orla, was so entertaining and cool under pressure. She navigated unexpected surprises, like a protest on Golden Gate Bridge, with grace and flexibility! There really isn’t a better way to see the city! Definitely do the e-bike as the ride was hilly and having the option of a motor made the ride fun but still filled with exercise (if you wanted it!) Shout out to Mikey and Lucas for being awesome, to name a few. But really, the entire Blazing Saddles team is so patient, kind, and just so chill! Highly recommend!

Wow what a super experience and a definite must on your list whilst in San Francisco. Our guide Marcus was fantastic he shared lots of information with us about San Francisco and showed us all the sites. We started from Fisherman's Wharf, biked along the coast line taking in Fort Point and then the ride over the Golden Gate bridge. This is awesome !! onto the waterfront town of Sausalito. Where we all had lunch and then went our separate ways to explore Sausalito and took the ferry home. A brilliant day one of the best ! Thank you Blazing Saddles.

Had the best tour! Orla our guide was friendly and so helpful and really made the day go well. We had a great bunch of people, Dutch, Brazilian, American as well as us British. A couple of steep hills certainly made you work hard, but there were plenty of stops and breaks so you could catch your breath and admire the stunning views. Lovely lunch at Joinery in Sausalito completed the day before a relaxing ferry back. This is a must if you visit San Francisco!
