We were lucky to have Sandrine as our tour guide. She was very friendly , fun and knowledgeable . Sandrine arrived on time at our hotel and drove us around the city . Also not having to deal with or wait for people in a larger group also made the experience personal .Sandrine answered all our questions and gave us suggestions on what to do after . We definitely recommend this tour and Sandrine to friends who are planning a trip to SF.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille grâce au tour organisé spécialement pour nous par Ed. Ed connaît parfaitement la ville dans ses moindres détails et nous n’aurions jamais découvert par nous mêmes certains endroits. Il est très agréable, Professionnel et à l’écoute de nos envies.

Notre guide Wendy, une sympathique septuagénaire, adepte de marathon, avait tablé sur une visite uniquement à pied, ce qui aurait représenté une sacrée distance, surtout à San Francisco, ville avec de beaux dénivelés. Nous lui indiquons que nous souhaitons réduire les distances en empruntant entre les différents quartiers les transports en commun, et là, un petit moment de flottement survient, car Wendy n’est apparemment pas une adepte de ce mode de déplacement. Qu’à cela ne tienne, avec bonne volonté et gentillesse, elle interrogera quelques passants, pour se faire conseiller, ce qui ne manquera pas de nous amuser et étonner quelque peu, tout au long de la journée. À part cela nous avons pu voir tout ce qui était prévu au programme, et découvrir un San Francisco hors des sentiers battus et c'est bien l'essentiel.

Journée passée en compagnie de Florence qui malgré le fait d être française adore sa ville de SFO. Elle a su nous transmettre cet amour et l en remercions vivement car c est une destination qui demande à revenir.
