The murals were the best part. Food wise, Queso Birria was the most memorable. We tasted a burrito, a pan dulce, a fried ravioli and a fantastic chocolate s'more.
Harrison did a great job sharing history, mural highlights and wonderful food. Very enjoyable. Perfect size group of 6. Only item I would have skipped was the ravioli. Rest was great!
We did the Mission District Food/History tour with Jamie Lasher. It was a first class experience. Jamie was knowledgeable, friendly, and totally engaging, and our group was an absolute pleasure to be with. Highest recommendation!
Tour was amazing. Mark was very knowledgeable on the history of the area. The food was excellent. I appreciated experiencing places I wouldn't have even considered had I been walking around on my own.
Thank you Mark for the great experience going around North Beach area (Little Italy) and Chinatown! Mark was knowledgeable of the area and I learned so many history facts of the place and foods. I really enjoyed the cappuccino, Tuscan style pizza, gelato, dim sum, fortune cookie and the Chinese twist pastry. Every stop had a meaning or history associated with it.
