Travelers will have the opportunity to taste different typical dishes of Andalusian gastronomy, while sharing the experience with other travelers, which will contribute to creating a very pleasant and enriching environment, both gastronomically and culturally. The event will take place in a picturesque Sevillian house that is protected by the City Council and classified as an artistic and cultural asset for having been built by the famous architect Anibal Gonzalez, precursor of the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929 and creator of the famous Plaza de España.

• Cheese board with walnuts and homemade quince - Different types of cheeses, all with Spanish designation of origin.
• Iberian sausage and chorizo - products from our Iberian pigs raised in freedom and fed with acorns in our Andalusian mountains.
• Pringá montadito - Famous starter made with a mixture of different meats cooked in a stew and presented in a small bread
• Iberian ham croquettes with mustard and honey sauce - Our famous Iberian ham croquettes accompanied with mustard and honey sauce
• Spanish tortilla - Potato omelette accompanied with Padrón peppers and chistorras
• Cordoban or beet salmorejo - Cold tomato and beet cream garnished with Parmesan cheese flakes.
• Iberian cheeks with mozarabic ratatouille - Iberian pork cheek stew with a selection of vegetables in the Mozarabic style.
• My mother's dessert - Family recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation and now I want to share with my guests.
