Review of Tour Guide Company I must express my disappointment with the tour experience provided by your company. Here are the key issues we encountered: 1. **Waterfall Disappointment:** Upon arrival at the first event, the waterfall advertised as 38 meters turned out to be disappointingly small and not worth the visit. 2. **Ineffective Communication:** We were instructed to return at 13:50 for the cable car trip, but upon arrival, the guide informed us that it was canceled due to wind. Only 5 out of 25 people had chosen this activity. Instead, we were offered a boat trip, which we had already done the day before. 3. **Lost Connection:** After the boat trip, we had trouble finding the meeting point due to a lack of communication facilities on our mobile phones. Despite reaching the meeting point at 16:18, the bus had left without us. Consequently, we had to arrange and pay for a taxi back to the hotel, costing us 100 euros. 4. **Customer Service Response:** When I contacted customer service regarding our experience, the representative was rude and unhelpful. Overall, this tour not only wasted our valuable holiday time but also resulted in unnecessary expenses. It's disheartening to note that out of the three tours I booked with La Vacanza Travel, two turned out to be disappointing.

This tour is above average time on a coach I would say, which for an 8yo and 5yo was a bit boring. The cable car trip is fun and the views from the top are wonderful. The waterfall visit was plenty long enough with kids in tow but for adults only, maybe a longer time for the walk around the nature park would be beneficial. Antalya is nice, some street vendors take some persuading that you are not interested in their goods/services. The ice cream vendors are friendly, the cafes too and the food and service are quick and pleasant. Keep data on your phone for Google maps though! The streets are tight and getting lost would be very easy! Mahmet, out guide was great. Dual language for English and German, informative and good advice and some jokes thrown in for a laugh too.

Started off being picked up outside our hotel was then sat on the coach for what seemed like hours collecting random people from different locations, finally arrived at the waterfall to be told we have 30 minutes here once this had been explained in German, Turkish, another language I think then in English which was not very good English to be honest, so enough time to take a couple of photos and pay to go to the toilet, all the time worrying about being back to the coach on time, we then sat back on the coach for what seemed like hours again to drop people off in Antalya for their free time as these people were not going to the cable car, then sat on the coach once again to drive to the sea life centre for the people who were going there (none of this was advertised in the itinerary of our booked trip), we then drove on for longer finally reaching the advertised cable car which we had booked to then be told we have 1 hour here which was about 20 minutes at the top as the cable car takes 13 minutes to reach the top and 13 minutes back down so just about enough time at the top to take a couple of photos and have a drink, so back on the coach we go drifting in and out of sleep due to being sat on this for hours and hours to pick people up from the sea life centre to then be dropped off in the busiest part of Antalya you can imagine and ushered straight in to a clothes shop and told we have nearly 3 hours here, all this time on the coach and visiting places very briefly we were very hungry but walking out of this shop which was the meeting point to get back on the coach (funny how the guide knew all the shop owners and gave us all discount cards) we were desperate for something to eat but everywhere was rammed with people and the food hanging on skewers outside in 30 degree heat did not look very appealing so we finally found a burger king, we then made our way back to the meeting point (yes the shop) and was surrounded by 3 or 4 of the shop owners to spend money, it seemed like this was the main part of the trip not the sight seeing we signed up for, so back on the coach for another 2 hours to be dropped back at our hotel absolutely exhausted from being sat on a coach for about 5 hours of of the 8 hour "sight seeing tour", all in all very disappointing and was not worth the money myself, wife and 2 daughters paid for this.

Good communication from Agent prior to the trip advising of pick up times and contact details if needed. Coach arrived on time, air conditioned and comfortable. After number of pick ups in Side and en route, we made way to Waterfall - a lovely view and about 20 minutes to enjoy it which we thought was plenty of time. We felt that two trips had been merged as we dropped some people at the Old Town in Antalya, then some at the Aquarium (which was not included in our booked tour). After waiting at this drop off for about 15-20 mins, we were dropped off at the Cable Car and given our tickets. It took 13 minutes ride to top and then a lovely 30 minutes enjoying the panoramic views of valleys, sea and over the town. We then returned to the Coach and were dropped at the Old Town of Kaleici where we had 2 hours to explore. We were initially taken to a large shopping outlet but as we did not want anything just carried on into the town and harbour area which was lovely. The coach then returned us to Side and our respective hotels. Driver and guide were both helpful and informative. The guide gave information in both German and English to accommodate everyone. We would have given a 5 star, but had to wait on bus for the Aquarium drop off, which we felt could have been time well spent in the places we had expected on our itinerary. However, a good day trip.

The Pick Up was prompt. The bus soon filled up and was very uncomfortable for the numbers (around 30) The trip from Side to Antalya took around 2 hours. There was alot of commentary on the way, unfortunately for us it was 90% German and a little English commentary. Much like the rest of Antalya and Side, Germans are very well catered for. Common theme. After dropping off in Antalya Old Town and The Aquarium, we made our way to the Cable Car. Which was a nice experience, but quite rushed. The cable car takes 10 minutes each way, and we had 40 minutes there. So a quick run around the top of the mountain and we needed to leave. On returning to Antalya, we were Shepherded through 'Best Bazaar'. Which seems to be affiliated with the tour operator. They offered us 15% off and said they had the best prices. Coupled with being endorsed by the tour operator, we thought that would be a great place to shop, so didn't buy clothes elsewhere. Turns out they, much like most places in this area, take advantage of tourists not knowing the money. VERY EXPENSIVE. Unfortunately, being British, we have not been conditioned to be Thieves likes the Turks. So we paid and promptly left. Bus was late picking us up and subsequently broke down. So this review is being written on the side of a motorway. We had a special dinner reservation booked at our hotel and could only get 7pm. Which we will now miss. I messaged thw tour operator to ask very nicely if they could contact the hotel for me as I can't use my Turkish Sim for anything but data. Was told 'We can't help you' Sums it up. If you want to see anyalya, choose another operator or find your own way there. Very expensive and robbed blind by their mates in Best Bazaar. Would not recommend
