Before we start baking, we will make our homemade mixed berry jam & clotted cream and also a seasonal pudding! You will then get the chance to bake mini chocolate fudge cakes, Victoria sponges, a variety of sweet & savoury scones (traditional ones and seasonal/unique ones).
We only use organic ingredients at The Dough House, and you’re going to have so much fun making this traditional afternoon tea! There will be lots of leftovers, so you will be able to take the extras home along with a mini jar of jam and an antique piece of crockery as a souvenir!
Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learnt. We will email you written recipes and lots of tips!
Guests ages 10 and up can attend with their parents. Please message me for alternative dates and times.
