Experience the Tropical Paradise! Here tropical trees, aromatic and medicinal plants grow together with several kinds of ALOE VERA from different parts of the world. You will participate in a practical demonstration of the qualities of this miraculous plant. You will be able to taste an aloe vera leaf that will be cut right in front of you. Our very friendly hosts will explain in detail what are the properties of the products obtained from pure aloe vera gel. We will also visit the farm store where, if you want, you can buy products made from pure aloe vera juice and gel.
You will be able to walk through this beautiful plantation with an area of 11,000 square meters and over 7,000 Aloe Vera plants that grow organically. This location offers spectacular views, harmoniously combining the green of the nearby mountains with the blue of the Atlantic Ocean. PLEASE NOTE: ON SUNDAYS WE CAN VISIT THE VINEYARD, THE WINERY AND THE HERQUES GORGE. THE ALOE VERA FARM IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS.

Come and experience the flavors, colors and tastes of the Canary Islands in the heart of the volcano! We are waiting for you in a fabulous winery located 650 meters above the Atlantic Ocean. In about 2 hours of our experience you will have the opportunity to taste 4 local wines and delicious canarian tapas We will walk through the vineyard breathing the pure air of the mountains, admiring the spectacular views over the ocean. You will receive interesting information about the exploitation of the vineyard , thevlocal legends and history. All in a very relaxed atmosphere maintained by friendly people, tasty local tapas and great Canarian wines.

Lunch at a local Canarian restaurant. OPTIONAL! Lunch not included in the price of the tour! The restaurant serves produce from the animal farm and specialises in goat meat and black pig. They also have the delicious house salad made from organic vegetables and fruits. The meats are served in big portions. There is outside seating as well as tables in the building. Outside there are views over the valley and the farm. Many of the customers are locals residents reflecting the quality and local cuisine.This place is different from any tourist restaurant and is not to be missed

Candelaria is an important pilgrim site and many of its visitors come to the Basilica to the shrine of the Black Madonna, who is the patron saint of the Canary Islands. On the square in front of the Basilica on the edge of the sea, the Plaza de Patrona de Canarias, there are 9 colossal statues of Guanche (Aboriginal) Kings along the sea wall.
The old town of Candelaria is pleasant and the main square has plenty of bars and nice shops. You can find some lovely wooden balconies typicals of Canarian architecture. There is also a nice promenade along the sea-front and a small harbour.
You can visit the Cave Chapel of San Blas, the Basilica (if is open), have some tasty CHURROS, tasty icecream, a coffee, a glass of wine or a beer..
