Roberto was amazing! He cooked a wonderful multi course meal starting with a sections of tapas, three salads, saffron rice, fish, and a beautiful dessert. Everything was delicious and I highly recommend him!

Dinner was well organised with very fresh, locally sourced ingredients, prepared wonderfully. Great value for money and made for an amazing family evening on our balcony overlooking the Atlantic.

A dining experience to remember, thanks to Chef Roberto and his flair for creating a menu that catered for the demands of 13 sassy ladies during our stay at Villa Monaco. We sampled a wide range of culinary delights, prepared and cooked fresh at the villa, including seafood, beef, chicken, tapas, vegetables and salads. Leftover desserts were consumed the next morning for breakfast over a brew of yorkshire tea (or a cold beer). Without doubt, a first class dining experience that can be as formal or informal as you like, and I for one, am looking forward to seeing Roberto again when we return later in the year.

Chef Roberto did an excellent job all around! Very personable, great food, great service - he set up and cleaned up everything. He easily accommodated for gluten free. I would highly recommend!
