• The International Driving Permits that Japan will allow is the 1949 Geneva Act. Each country has its own assigned agent (usually a major roadside service company) that is permitted to issue a 1949 Geneva Act format Driving Permit. There are no agents that will issue a 1949 Geneva Act International Driving Permit over the Internet. The correct format for the permit must be a booklet and must have the word 1949 Geneva, or the date of the actual convention, September 19, 1949 on the cover of the permit.
• We conduct alcohol checks on our customers before the driving tour. In the unlikely event that you are found to be under the influence of alcohol or intoxicated, you may not be able to participate in the tour. Please be careful when coming. Thank you for your understanding.
• A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
