FIRST STEP: Before booking, please be sure as follows; our maximum accommodation is 4 guests + 4 bags + 4 pieces of baggage at most.
If your group is larger than that, you have to book it twice, if you like.

SECOND STEP: As booking, please describe the following information in the blank of special requirement; No1. Arrival Flight Number, if pickup point will be Haneda Airport. No2. How many pieces of baggage you will have. No3. Specific drop-off location.

THIRD STEP: If the pickup or Drop-off point is rescheduled, please give us a message.

LAST STEP: Our driver will wait for guests at the Arrival Gate of Haneda Airport 30 minutes after your flight arrival. In case our meeting point is in the hotel, the driver will be there 10 minutes before the meeting time.
