Hyuga was our guide for 6 hours--He was at our hotel on time He helped us with getting train tickets for an upcoming hike and our very own Suica cards He was very informative and we learned a lot about navigating the train stations Hyuga outlined the areas we could visit during our time and we managed all Definitely helpful having a private guide especially with the language barrier

Gabrielle was our guide for Shibuya and Shinjuku in Tokyo. Her English and Japanese were both impeccable! We have had local tour guides during our thirty-plus years of travel all over the world. She was among the BEST! We gave Gabrielle a list of sites we wanted to see. In addition, she made other recommendations.
