This was the most beautiful and clean car! Perfect drop off. On time, easy trip to the airport from the city.
It was very smoot operation. I would like to thank the person who was guideing us with WhatsApp. She/He was incredibly helpffull.
The driver was early. And he dropped me off on time. Those were the only positives. The driver was on his phone (texting, looking at pictures, scrolling) MANY times during the drive. He was also sick, and coughing and sneezing the whole time without a mask. I’m shocked he didn’t get into an accident with the cell phone usage (which, by the way, is illegal in Japan)
The original van was caught in traffic Jam but Company scrambled quickly another van to airport and we made it on time
Great service, on time and helpful. Will use the service more in the future. I hope the service will remain on its top notch.
